Scheduling
In any MRP scheduling is very important. In Brytebuild scheduling is used to start a job. Schedule keep track of work and time. Schedule help user or group to make required item. Schedule provide user or group details how to do curtain job. After reading this page you will understand how to assign job schedule to user or group, how to start schedule and how to finish schedule.
Create Schedule
Lets know first discuss how to create a schedule. To create a schedule navigate to schedule page from dashboard and click create schedule.
User option is used when you want to assign schedule to only one specific user and Group option is used when you want to assign schedule to a group of member’s/staffs.
Order option is used when you want to directly attach schedule job to sales order and non-order option is used when there is no sales order for that job schedule or you decided to attach sales order later.
Types is used to assign type to schedule e.g training, development, building etc
Automatically picking option will create picking for this job schedule.
Now lets create a job schedule for group. First let’s select group from option. Now lets enter name of job schedule and it’s description. Now select group, afterwards select type of job schedule. For this example let’s select order type and attach sales order to this schedule. Moving on lets specify starting date/time and ending date/time. Now select warehouse. Now lets chose items for this job schedule. For this example lets create picking also by checking picking.
View Details of Schedule
To view details of schedule, navigate to schedules page from dashboard and click pencil icon next to schedule you want to see.
Schedule details page contains details of schedule e.g name, description, items etc. Schedule page has two tabs General to see general details and Staff/Group tab to see staff/group information that are attached to this schedule. In schedule details pages you can perform finish, delete, edit and start/join schedules operation by pressing relevant buttons.
Schedule has three status “not started” which is default status, “in progress” and “completed”. To start a schedule click on start schedule.
After clicking on a start schedule button schedule will appear on schedule calendar which we will talk about later. After start a schedule now you can join schedule, we will talk about how join schedule work later on this page.
How to Join Schedule?
Why you want to join schedule? joining a schedule gives user step by step working instruction on how to proceed on this job and what are requirements for each step. To join a schedule make sure schedule has been started. Press join schedule button and select a product for which you want to see step by step working instructions.

How to Finish Schedule?
To finish a schedule, navigate to schedule details page and press finish schedule button.
On finish schedule page enter the quantity of the items that are made in this schedule and check for tracked stocked and then press next step.

On next page check the picking details and maker sure it’s correct. After that press submit schedule. Now your schedule is completed.
Note
If job schedule has no picking list then table will be empty.
Edit Schedule
To edit a schedule go to schedule details page and press edit schedule button. On edit schedule page edit information and press submit to save changes. You cannot edit completed job schedule and also you cannot change schedule form order to non-order and vice versa.
