The short version
Flowlens is a UK MRP with a CRM built into it, pitched at equipment manufacturers who also run a service arm. It connects to both Xero and Sage, it is priced in sterling, and for a business that wants sales pipeline and after-sales history in the same place as production it is a sensible fit.
Brytebuild is built for UK manufacturers who want production, warehouse and quality in one system, priced per user, in pounds, from a company in the same timezone.
All Flowlens figures on this page come from publicly published pricing and third-party pricing analyses, correct as of August 2026. Vendors change pricing — please check their site for current rates before deciding.

Where Flowlens is the better choice
We would rather you picked the right system than picked ours.
- You want a CRM and sales pipeline in the same system as production, not a separate tool.
- You manufacture equipment and run an after-sales service operation against serialised units.
- You want a supplier with a longer trading history and more reference customers than we have.
Where Brytebuild is the better choice
- You are a genuinely small shop. Two full users is the smallest thing we sell; their plans start at six people.
- You want to know the price before you talk to anyone, and you would rather not pay four figures before the system does anything.
- You want production, warehouse and quality in one system rather than assembling them from separate products.
- You work to ISO 9001 or a customer quality standard and need document control, CAPA and engineering change orders.
- You have operators who only need to execute work and should not cost a full seat.
- You want GBP billing, a UK company holding your data, and support in your own timezone.
- You want to lay your warehouse out in 3D and see live stock in the racks.
