We're building the future of
UK manufacturing.
Brytebuild was built by engineers who understood firsthand what it takes to run a factory floor. We created the platform we always wished existed — one system for production, warehouse and management.

Our story
Built from the factory floor up.
Brytebuild was founded in 2020 by a team with deep roots in engineering. We didn't start with a slide deck about "disrupting manufacturing software" — we started with a problem we'd lived through ourselves.
Manufacturing operations were being managed with paper, spreadsheets and memory. Work instructions were photocopied and hand-delivered. Stock was counted by walking the warehouse. Quality checks were ticked off on clipboards. Knowledge walked out the door when experienced staff left.
The tools that existed were either too generic, too expensive or too complex. There was no platform built specifically for the real day-to-day of a UK manufacturer — one that connected production, warehouse and management without requiring an IT department to run it.
So we built it. Brytebuild started as a digital work instructions platform. We quickly added scheduling, then quality control, then a full warehouse management system with barcode scanning and a 3D viewer. Every feature was added because a real manufacturer asked for it.
Today, Brytebuild is the single platform that connects every part of your manufacturing operation — from the first step of a work instruction to the moment an order leaves your warehouse.
2020
Brytebuild founded
Born from engineering experience. Built to solve the problem of paper-based manufacturing processes that were costing factories time, quality and knowledge.
2021
Digital work instructions & scheduling
The stepflow system launched — a unique flowchart-style approach to building step-by-step work instructions with images, video and quality checks.
2022
Warehouse management system
Real-time inventory tracking, barcode scanning and the 3D warehouse designer launched — bringing the entire warehouse online for the first time.
2023
Analytics, quality & sales orders
Advanced analytics, issue reporting, customer management and end-to-end sales order workflows joined the platform — completing the management layer.

Continuously improving
Integrations with Xero, Sage and WooCommerce. New features shipping every quarter based directly on what our customers are asking for.
Vision and mission
Revolutionising manufacturing through digital integration.
We believe every manufacturer — regardless of size — deserves access to tools that give them the same clarity, control and efficiency that was previously only available to large enterprises with IT departments. Digital manufacturing shouldn't be complicated or expensive. It should just work.
Continuously improving production with intuitive, centralised solutions.
Our mission is practical. Every feature we ship, every improvement we make, is designed to give UK manufacturers a simpler, more accurate way to run their operations. We're not chasing enterprise contracts — we're building the platform that actually fits how manufacturing teams work.
Built differently from everything else out there
Most manufacturing software is either a repurposed retail system, a bloated ERP, or a single-function tool. Brytebuild is none of those things.
Made specifically for UK manufacturers
We didn't adapt a retail or logistics platform. Brytebuild was designed from day one around how UK manufacturing teams actually work — the terminology, the workflows, the regulations, the scale. Everything maps to real manufacturing practice.
Operational in a day, not months
There is no lengthy implementation. No consultants. No configuration projects. Brytebuild is designed to be set up by the people who will use it, not a dedicated IT team. Most customers are operational within their first week.
One platform, not three tools bolted together
Production, warehouse and management all live in the same system. A work instruction links directly to a scheduled job, which links to stock movements, which links to a sales order. Data flows automatically — no re-entering, no syncing, no gaps.
Every item's full history — one scan away
Scan any item and instantly see who made it, what instructions they followed, which quality checks were completed, when it arrived and where it's been. The traceability that used to require hours of searching now takes seconds.
Affordable at any stage of growth
Plans start at £11 per user per month with no setup fees and no minimum contracts. Whether you're a team of three or thirty, the pricing scales with you — and you only pay for what you actually need.
Built to keep improving
New features ship every quarter, informed directly by what our customers ask for. Every piece of feedback we receive goes into the product roadmap. When you use Brytebuild, you're not locked into what it can do today — you're investing in where it's going.
Our values
Everything we build, every decision we make, is guided by four core principles.
Quality first
We build tools that manufacturers trust with their quality. That trust starts with the quality of the software itself — reliable, accurate and thoughtfully designed.
Simplicity wins
Manufacturing is already complex. Our software shouldn't add to that. Every feature we build has to be intuitive enough that a team member can use it without training.
Continuous improvement
We practise what we preach. Just as Brytebuild helps manufacturers continuously improve their processes, we continuously improve our platform based on real feedback.
Customer driven
Every feature on our roadmap came from a customer conversation. We build what manufacturers actually need, not what looks impressive in a demo.

London-based,
UK-focused.
Brytebuild is built and supported by a UK-based team. We're not a US platform with a UK sales office — we're a London-built product for the UK manufacturing market, with the support team and working hours to match.
When you contact us, you reach people who understand UK manufacturing, UK regulations and the realities of running a production operation in Britain. Our team responds to enquiries the same working day, and we're always available to jump on a call.
